The overall planning area of the SPECIAL Zone is about 9 square kilometers, and the construction plan is divided into three phases.The first phase of the project covers a planned area of 3 square kilometers with a planned investment of 90 million US dollars.At present, the comprehensive office building has been completed and put into use, and the corresponding supporting infrastructure construction has been further improved.
