On April 22, a ceremony was held at the Kampong Speu Province Health Bureau for the donation of anti-epidemic materials by China Unicom (Cambodia) Plastics Co., Ltd. to the Kampong Speu Province government.Peng Tinggang, chairman of China Unicom Technology Co., handed over the donated materials on behalf of the company to Kampong Speu Province Governor Veisong Nang.

The supplies donated to the Kampong Speu Province include surgical masks, medical alcohol, isolation beds and mineral water.This is China Unicom's first donation to Kampong Speu Province Samrongtong District on March 29, and the second donation of anti-epidemic supplies to the local government.

Kampong Speu Province Governor Wiesong Nam said the epidemic situation in Cambodia is very serious. The donated anti-epidemic supplies from China Unicom, including those donated by other enterprises, can greatly help the Kampong Speu Province to improve the shortage of anti-epidemic supplies.He praised China Unicom for its practice of corporate social responsibility with practical actions.

Mr. Peng Tinggang, Chairman of China Unicom Technology Co., Ltd., said that he would make persistent efforts to overcome difficulties together with all Cambodian people and win victory in the fight against the epidemic.

It is learned that since the outbreak of the epidemic last year, TCU company has donated a large number of epidemic prevention and treatment materials to the Sihanoukport provincial government, Kampot provincial government, Phnom Penh municipal government and Khanla provincial government, demonstrating the responsibility of a Chinese company.
